Hailing from the culturally rich town of Karaikudi, known for its exquisite Chettinad architecture and heritage, Pradeep's passion for design and structure was ignited early on.

With a robust professional journey that spans both India and Singapore, Pradeep co-founded Ainthinai Projects in 2019. His extensive experience encompasses the design of residential, commercial, and institutional buildings, bringing a wealth of diverse knowledge to the table.

Pradeep's design philosophy is deeply rooted in contemporary minimalism integrated with traditional yet functional planning methodologies,simplicity, and aesthetics. He believes that every element should contribute meaningfully to the overall well-being, creating spaces that are not only beautiful but also purpose-driven and harmonious.

With a distinguished academic career in B.Des from SRM Institute of Technology, Kattangalathur, Suganthi's journey in design began with excellence. Her diverse experience working with leading design firms in Chennai has equipped her with a wealth of knowledge in handling residential, commercial, retail, and institutional interior design projects.

As a co-founder of Ainthinai Projects, Suganthi is instrumental in the firm's growth and success. She adeptly manages the design, finance, and execution teams, striving to transform Ainthinai Projects into a multidisciplinary design and build firm.
