01 · The shell we were given
The brief and approach
A pharmacy chain scaling fast needs a format that opens consistently and quickly, whatever the site size from 450 sqft neighbourhood outlets to 1,200 sqft flagship-scale stores.
We built one adaptable design system layout, signage, shelving and counter standards and executed it turnkey across every site, keeping the brand consistent at any footprint.
