The brief and approach
After decades of in-house design, Chai Kings wanted an outside perspective to sharpen the brand's retail experience without losing what 53 stores had already proven.
We worked within the brand's existing identity while introducing a more considered material palette and layout, respecting what already worked rather than starting over.
