01 · The shell we were given
The brief and approach
Taco Bell needed a mall-format QSR that could open on schedule, run efficiently through peak hours, and meet international brand specifications for finishes, signage and kitchen layout.
We planned the kitchen first sequencing prep, cook and service lines for speed then built the dining and counter experience around that working core, the method we use across every QSR project.
